James Niquet, Travis Rhoades and Noelle Muceno obtained summary judgment for their power-generation company client in a wrongful death premises liability case, Mohn v. Dairyland Power Cooperative, Milwaukee County Case No 12-CV-001244. Our team investigated and developed historical information regarding construction projects at the client’s power plants, and used that information to successfully argue that the client was entitled to the protections of Wisconsin’s Construction Statute of Repose for the work which allegedly injured the Plaintiff. Our firm has been involved in a series of recent trial and appellate court decisions defining the scope of the protections of the Construction Statute of Repose.
