Attorneys Aggie Raynor and Bill Keeler recently had two successful results in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. The cases involved complaints of negligence and various other claims against owners of apartment buildings. Both matters were originally dismissed in the lower courts at summary judgment where we argued the plaintiffs failed to provide sufficient evidence to support their claims. Each of the plaintiffs appealed, with one decision from the Court of Appeals affirming the lower court’s decision and the other plaintiff voluntarily dismissing the appeal following our initial filings.
