Allison N. Bell

Biography

Allison N. Bell is a shareholder with the firm, practicing in Central Illinois at the firm’s Peoria, Illinois office. She specializes in civil defense litigation, with emphasis on mass tort litigation and general insurance defense. Ms. Bell’s 23 years of experience in defense litigation on behalf of the full spectrum of insurance industry clients informs her day-to-day practice of representing clients from initial case investigation through settlement or trial.  Her relationships in the local bar and familiarity with the judiciary and court processes throughout the years provide her the unique ability to effectively and successfully represent clients in matters throughout Central Illinois, including McLean County, Peoria County, Tazewell County, Sangamon County, Macon County, St. Clair County and Madison County. Ms. Bell has spent extensive time in the courtroom, having successfully defended insurance industry clients in numerous jury trials as sole counsel. While the majority of her practice consists of defense litigation work, she also has experience with and interest in medical malpractice, probate work, family law, and construction litigation.

Allison lives in Peoria with her husband Geoff and daughters Grace & Evelyn. In her free time, she can be found knitting another sweater for one of her grateful kids, planning her next travel adventure, or plotting when she will start writing the Great American Novel.
