Benjamin J. Nichols

Biography

Attorney Benjamin J. “Ben” Nichols joined Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C. as an Associate in May 2024, following his graduation from Marquette University Law School. His primary areas of practice include insurance defense, personal injury litigation, product liability, and civil rights litigation. During his time at law school, Ben gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the firm.

Born and raised in the Milwaukee area, Ben pursued his undergraduate studies at Colorado Mesa University, where he was a member of the golf team. Before attending law school, he worked at Good Karma Brands, selling marketing spots for ESPN.

Outside of his legal career, Attorney Nichols is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys playing sports such as golf and softball, and attending games of any of the Wisconsin sports teams, including the Bucks, Packers, Brewers. He also enjoys fishing, being outdoors and spending time with his French Bulldog, Otis.

Additionally, Attorney Nichols serves on the Board of Directors for the Mukwonago YMCA.
