Bethany J. Berndt is a paralegal with Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C. Her principal areas of practice are products liability litigation and personal injury litigation. She assists attorneys in the firm with all aspects of civil litigation from the inception of the lawsuit through trial. Bethany has experience preparing discovery and document productions, researching and coordinating expert reviews, drafting pre-trial documents, preparing documents and exhibits for trial, and attending trial to provide paralegal support with trial presentation software.
Bethany attained the PACE Registered Paralegal (RP®) designation from the NFPA in August 2017 after sitting for an exam which tests the competency of experienced paralegals. She has received the Certified Paralegal (SBWCP) designation from the State Bar of Wisconsin which publicly recognizes Wisconsin’s most highly qualified paralegals, able to perform substantive legal work under the direction of Wisconsin-licensed attorneys. She is also an associate member of the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin.
