Max P. Congdon

Biography

Attorney Max Congdon became an Associate at Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C. in September 2024 after graduating from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Max’s primary work areas include insurance defense, personal injury litigation, and civil rights litigation. Prior to receiving his law degree, Max spent two years as a law clerk for the firm.

While in law school, Max was active in multiple student organizations. Max also received the Dean’s Award for achieving the highest grade in his Advanced Evidence class.

Prior to attending law school, Max pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While in school, Max interned in the Wisconsin Governor’s Office and a leadership office within the Wisconsin State Senate.

Outside of work, Max enjoys golfing, downhill skiing, and watching sports. Most notably, Max is a die-hard Packers, Badgers, and Minnesota Wild fan.
