Melissa A. Kirschner

Biography

Melissa a shareholder in Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C.’s Eau Claire Office and devotes her time to worker’s compensation defense and civil litigation, representing employers and insurance companies dealing with work injuries and related claims and issues. Melissa also counsels employers on creative workplace approaches and strategies that may help them avoid or reduce future worker’s compensation claims.

Melissa is well-versed in this complex and ever-changing area and has more than two decades of experience representing employers and insurers before the Department of Workforce Development, the Office of Worker’s Compensation Hearings, the Labor and Industry Review Commission, Circuit Courts, and Appellate Courts.

Community Service Activities

Melissa is active in the Chippewa Valley. She was a long-time board member of the Chippewa Valley Symphony Orchestra and can be seen running around Eau Claire with Moms on the Run. She enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband and their three daughters.
