Noelle C. Muceno

Biography

Noelle C. Muceno has been employed with Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C., since 2000 and is a shareholder.

Attorney Muceno’s primary practice is defending product manufacturers and suppliers against claims of alleged failures or defects in products which caused personal injuries and premises owners against claims of alleged safe place violations and negligence in the construction and maintenance of work premises. Ms. Muceno has also defended building contractors against allegations of strict products liability and negligence.

Attorney Muceno has prevailed in pretrial motions in a number of high risk lawsuits, including the following:

• Prevailed in a motion to dismiss a professional negligence claim against a real estate property surveyor
• Summary judgment dismissal of safe place claims against a power plant/premises owner in a wrongful death case
• Summary judgment dismissal of strict liability and negligence claims against a manufacturer in a toxic tort case in a wrongful death action
• Summary judgment dismissal of strict liability and negligence claims for an appliance manufacturer based upon a failure of proof and lack of identification
• Obtained summary judgment dismissal of strict liability and negligence claims made against a manufacturer of construction products in a wrongful death action
• Prevailed at summary judgment obtaining a dismissal of strict liability and negligent failure to warn claims against a manufacturer of treadmill equipment and its insurer
• Prevailed at summary judgment obtaining a dismissal of all claims against a manufacturer of products that allegedly caused the wrongful death of the plaintiff
