Robert M. Everett is a shareholder with the firm, practicing in Central Illinois at the firm’s Peoria, Illinois office. Rob focuses his practice on representing insurance companies in subrogation matters and defending corporations in mass tort litigation. Rob has represented insurance companies in automobile, property, product liability, and spoliation of evidence subrogation matters throughout the State of Illinois. He has also defended corporations in mass tort litigation in Cook, Madison, St. Clair, and McLean counties. Rob also represents plaintiffs in personal injury claims. He has tried more than 35 jury and bench trials to verdict, as well as more than 150 arbitration hearings. Rob’s practice is unique in its ability to be impartial and effective when representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
Rob resides in Peoria with his wife and two children. He enjoys motorcycling, running, triathlons, and golfing. Rob has been a licensed motorcycle safety instructor with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation for over 25 years, and he is a two-time Ironman triathlon finisher.
