Biography

Attorney Samuel P. Aschliman joined Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C. in 2024 after spending a year and half at a small Milwaukee-based firm working on small claims matters. Attorney Aschliman works in a variety of areas that include insurance defense, personal injury defense, and civil rights litigation.

Sam graduated from Marquette University Law School in May 2023. While there, Sam interned for the Wisconsin Dept of Justice – Criminal Appeals Unit, a small personal injury firm in Milwaukee, and was a research assistant for retired federal judge in Boston. He was also a member of the MULS Sports Law Review for the school year 2021-22.

Sam completed his undergraduate studies at Carthage College in Kenosha where he was a member of the Men’s Golf Team and club hockey team. In his free time, Sam enjoys golf, Legos, and recreational sports with friends.

Fun fact: Sam worked for the Brewers as a racing sausage for 10 years in high school, college, and law school.
