Sara C. Mills-Flood

Biography

Sara Mills-Flood is a shareholder focusing on civil rights litigation, constitutional law, complex commercial and personal civil defense, and appeals. She has successfully defended individuals, professionals, corporations, law enforcement, employers, school districts, municipalities, and insurers in matters involving allegations of infringement of civil rights, legal and professional malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage. She has successfully briefed cases before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and has been selected for the Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Stars list several times for her defense work in civil rights litigation. She has also obtained defense verdicts for her clients in civil rights trials in both the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three kids, her husband, and her dog. Her hobbies include napping, gardening, and playing with Legos with her kids.
