Susan L. Clark is a paralegal with Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C., with over 25 years of experience in the legal field. Susan’s principal areas of practice are in personal injury, products liability and mass tort litigation. Susan assists attorneys in the firm with all aspects of the litigation process from the inception of the lawsuit through trial. This includes preparation of documents and materials for all litigation related activities, including discovery requests, fact investigation, depositions, hearings and trials. Susan has experience in coordinating investigations relating to a wide range of liability and damage investigations, including medical investigations, employment investigations, public document collection and database management.
Susan has worked on mass tort litigation with responsibility for management of cases in multiple states. She designed the database which is utilized in the development of defense strategies for individual suits and the client as a whole.
Susan has received the Certified Paralegal (SBWCP) designation from the State Bar of Wisconsin which publicly recognizes Wisconsin’s most highly qualified paralegals, able to perform substantive legal work under the direction of Wisconsin-licensed attorneys.
